Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) 5bww Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
5bww reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bww login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5bww will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
You agree to notify 5bww customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 5bww will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5bww strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. When 2FA is active, a one-time code will be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time you log in, providing an additional layer of protection for your Account and Wallet.
All transactions on the 5bww Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 5bww supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Deposits are credited to your 5bww Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5bww does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 5bww bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 5bww reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 5bww has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Real Money Funds in your Wallet that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform.
5bww may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on Bonus Funds only, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
5bww reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
Each game available on the 5bww Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on the Platform and these Terms & Conditions, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.
All games on the 5bww Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained croupiers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action other than the wager placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 5bww will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your Wallet. 5bww's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bww Platform:
5bww reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited and, where applicable, reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the 5bww Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of 5bww or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 5bww Platform without the prior written consent of 5bww.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
5bww's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the 5bww Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5bww Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5bww does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.
5bww is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, 5bww encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the 5bww Platform.
